"Traditional music doesn’t let people or time stand in its way. I t
is a timeless machinery that has a life of its own, and we are
very happy about that fact. Especially since a century old
notebooks and recordings from Central J utland have delivered
the music for Maskineri. The tunes and songs themselves are
probably a few centuries older, and they are - regardless of
time and place - fantastic, expressive and full of good stories.
Both of us grew up in Central J utland, and we are very pleased
to present this record. May it produce a smile on the face of
every person who hears it!"
